Director, ATM & Branches
This role is responsible for the branch and ATM network in Singapore. He/she is responsible for the network strategy which includes maximising and optimising each ATM and branch location for brand, transaction servicing, customer acquisition and cross-sell. This role is also ‘landlord’ of the Singapore branches, responsible for the efficient use of branch premises, enhancing the infrastructure where required and increasing the footfall.

To build revenue and New to Bank customers which are in line with the overall Retail Bank business strategy, this role will be responsible for building partnerships with establishments which would channel prospects to the branches.

The Director, ATM & Branches for Singapore role will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to:
Identify promising ATM locations, and execute business case for acceptance and launch and exit non-profitable locations in Singapore
Launch marketing campaigns & collaterals for various customer segments on the channel increasing revenue for the bank
Acquire new partnerships to expand the opportunities for new-to-bank customer acquisition at branches
Manage the cost and efficient usage of the branch premises
Enhance customer experience by creating new capabilities, including the assessment and implementation of new machine types (eg: CDM), to increase transaction migration from the branches, with the aim of building lower-cost to serve & customer convenience.
Work pro-actively with operations and marketing team to support all new initiatives/enhancements.
Monitor rental expiries and work with Property on renewals
Manage the coordination of any outsourced activities (eg: ATM cash replenishment, breakdowns).
Work closely with vendors & internal stakeholders to build good relationships and obtain quality delivery as well as cost effectiveness
Meet all regulatory and corporate compliance requirement

Requirements:
Solid working experience in a Banking/Financial institution, channel management experience is an advantage
Well-versed in retail banking standard channel offerings, processes and customer behaviour
Strong project management skills and have experience co-ordinating and collaborating with IT teams, Operation teams on tech projects
Highly result driven and motivated with strict adherence to regulations, drive for excellence, strong financial aptitude
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence outcomes
Relevant tertiary qualifications in one or more of the following disciplines- Banking & Finance, Business, or related work experience.
