Lead the sales effort to achieve allocated sales goals by selling ARRIs products and Solutions within assigned end-user accounts in Countries assigned in the ASEAN region (Malaysia and Indonesia).
Develop, and generally manage multiple accounts in the assigned territory to attain/exceed defined business objectives such as revenue, market share, profit, etc.
Responsible for obtaining business in near term and building foundation for continued profitable revenue growth over the long term.
Analyze the market trend, identify market needs and evaluate market sustainability of new products/solutions offerings, and recommend on product design and development.
Develop sales strategies and tactics under the direction of Regional VP, forecast results, allocate goals/quotas, establish territories or individual sales responsibilities, performance management, etc.
Coordinate the customer services, sales support, technical/engineering resources, and other field personnel etc for the account within the assigned territory
Initiate and build strong working relationships with diverse customer decision makers and influences, and keep the customers to create long range planning needs/forecasts, create and deliver high impact sales presentations and value proposition creating;
Understand the customer’s business and technology strategies and can effectively articulate to ARRIS senior leadership team.

Required Skills
Bachelor or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred; Technical/Engineering background will be an added advantage
10+ years prior experience in customer facing roles experience in cable/telecom business in a multinational solution provider or operator environment is preferred;
4+ years sales management experience directly managing AM, Channel Mgr., Solution Specialist, etc.;
Full knowledge of all relevant business policies and practices; ability to handle key and large accounts independently
Strong ability to energize and lead sales efforts; proven track record in sales in ASEAN region

Demonstrated strategic account management skills;
Good knowledge in Set-top-box, digital TV ecosystem, IP, video processing, and CPE devices;
Embody the company success ahead of personal achievements;
Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills;
Excellent customer presentation skills;
