Job description
Principal Duties & Accountabilities:
Manage the overall performance of Displays and Client Peripherals (DCP) portfolio
Set New Product Pricing Strategy and Lead Contract Book Approvals for all Regions
Partner with Finance for Ensuring Revenue and Margin Goals are on track and Forecasts are aligned to meet Finance goals
Engage with the Regional PLM, Sales, Demand Supply to integrate DCP products in overall EUC Go-To-Market activities, promotions and initiatives
Be an effective bridge between Front End and PG functions like PG Marketing, Program Management, PG Finance
Partner with Procurement, Procurement Finance and PG Marketing to drive best costs
Explore new market opportunities and business acceleration opportunities
Manage Monthly Scorecard Reviews and Actions, Help with Operations Review and other periodic Reviews
Undertake initiatives in response to operational issues, senior management requests, actions from operations reviews
Qualifications
Experienced People Manager, MBA Preferred
Comfortable dealing with senior management
Extensive experience in sales / understanding of sales behaviors and processes in Channel Partners
Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
Strong financial acumen and commercial decision making capability
Ability to influence others and build strong working relationships
Organized and able to plan
Deep understanding of Peripherals and Attach business
