Description

This position reports to the Director of Marketing, Asia Pacific. Responsibilities include:

**Field marketing, HAT**

* This is a key player in developing and executing end-user marketing programs to drive growth and revenue for HAT. The essential job functions include:
* Deploy awareness programs, lead acquisition and nurturing campaigns, and promotions targeted at moving end-users through the purchase process.
* Work closely with the sales leadership and sales team to design, create and execute marketing activities to ensure that sales meets or exceeds its sales targets. Success is measured in alignment with sales goals, including qualified leads, opportunities created, and revenue achievement.
* Coordinate with the Asia Pacific regional Field Marketing team, Worldwide Marcom and Field Marketing teams to leverage campaigns, programs, and best practices in the development and execution of campaigns in HAT.
* Drive best practices to ensure there is a closed loop approach to planning, implementing, and measuring the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns.
* Manage and analyze program metrics, and create and deliver regular monthly and quarterly reports to senior management on campaign plans and results.
* This is a regional role focused on datacom cable testing and enterprise network testing tools marketing initiatives to create awareness and demand for datacom and enterprise tools across the region. The essential job functions include:
* Develop go-to-market strategies, awareness programs, lead acquisition and nurturing campaigns, and promotions targeted at moving end-users through the purchase process.
* Work with systems sales team and telesales team in Asia Pacific to develop and execute marketing programs to facilitate lead closure
* Coordinate with the Worldwide Marcom and the Field Marketing teams in US and EMEA to leverage global campaigns, programs, and best practices in the development and execution of campaigns in Asia Pacific region.
* Manage and analyze program metrics, and create and deliver regular monthly and quarterly reports to senior management on campaign plans and results.
* Collaborate and provide regional input to Field Marketing Managers in Asia Pacific countries on campaign concept, creative, contents, and best practices.

**Datacom and enterprise tools marketing, Asia Pacific**

* This is a regional role focused on datacom cable testing and enterprise network testing tools marketing initiatives to create awareness and demand for datacom and enterprise tools across the region. The essential job functions include:
* Develop go-to-market strategies, awareness programs, lead acquisition and nurturing campaigns, and promotions targeted at moving end-users through the purchase process.
* Work with systems sales team and telesales team in Asia Pacific to develop and execute marketing programs to facilitate lead closure

Qualifications

* A minimum of 5 years of enterprise marketing experience withinAsia Pacific region; specific experience in the datacom cablemanufacturing/testing tools or enterprise network test & measurement aplus.

* Hands-on experience in implementing integrated marketingcampaigns with a heavy focus on lead generation and online channels such assearch engine marketing, email and social media

* Proven metrics from past campaigns that leverage sales forceautomation (e.g., salesforce.com) or marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo,Eloqua)

* Able to balance strategy with tactics; detailed- andresults-oriented.

* History of successful and collaborative working relationshipswith sales teams and channel partners.

* Team player with strong interpersonal skills to work withenterprise sales, channel teams, and different functional and country teams ina collaborative and innovative culture

* Enthusiasm, high energy and a tremendous work ethic

Education/Certifications

* Bachelor''s degree in marketing, communications or similarfocus.

* MBA an advantage.
