Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the total profitability and accountability for Western Union Business Solutions (WUBS) business through:

Execute growth strategies to ensure yearly revenue targets are met.
Responsible for a broad range of Treasury functions which include cash management, handling bank relations and compliance, managing foreign exchange and interest rate hedging requirements.
Drive portfolio management and forecast disciplines.
Develop strategies to ensure revenue growth and retention of customers leveraging both WUBS products and other department resources.
Ensure that the corporate dealing team works closely with other departments and delivers exceptional customer service to WUBS customers.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

Previous track record in managing a team of corporate dealers.
Ability to analyze data to identify opportunity, create and execute a strategy.
A good understanding of credit management and portfolio risk.
Strong business acumen to leverage on external business conditions.
Solid markets knowledge to leverage on market conditions.
Ensuring appropriate product fit and utilization for accounts as well as broadening key contact points.
A degree in Banking and Finance from a recognised and reputable university
Experience in financial industry and payment system will have advantage
Strong operation management skills while managing multiple teams
Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
