Job Description

This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the Global Client Access Web Channels team. Reporting to Global Head of Web Channels, the individual will be responsible for the commercialization of new capabilities introduced on Straight2Bank Web and other strategic projects.

Straight2Bank Web (S2B Web) is Standard Chartered's flagship Internet based access channel. It is offered to all Corporate, Institutional and Commercial clients as well as the Small Business segment in Retail. The channel is highly regarded for its rich functionality and seamless cross product integration.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Key roles and responsibilities for the role:
* Identify new product development opportunities by marrying technology enablers with business strategy
* To work with product, sales, SD&S in the earliest stages of demand development and influence that to help shape a firm demand pipeline based on agreed solutions to business requirements
* Work with product development teams to ensure programs are delivered seamlessly in the BAU environment
* Assume responsibility for the commercialization of new functionality on S2BWeb. This includes the preparation of user guides, sales tools, training kits and other collateral.
* Drive utilization of services within Straight2Bank, and
* Manage enhancement database (a single point of consolidating enhancement request from countries), and keep it up to date with status of each request.
* Prepare concept papers to initiate development of enhancements/new products
* Report key matrices and KPIs.
* Analyze MIS for key trends in usage patterns.
* Support the team in multiple ad-hoc projects undertaken from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills

* Strong knowledge of Cash Management and Working Capital. Knowledge of Trade/Securities Services is a plus.
* Knowledge of Straight2Bank Web is a definite plus.
* Excellent oral and written communication.
* Strong understanding of product management lifecycle and methodologies, together with a solid appreciation of current market / technical trends and the business direction
* Strong presentation skills.
* Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
* Must be able to develop strong relationships across peer groups and senior management
* High initiative
