Amazon Web Services (AWS), a subsidiary of Amazon.com, is seeking a talented, self-directed, experienced marketing manager to generate awareness and adoption of AWS’s cloud computing platform.

The AP Senior Marketing Manager - Enterprise & Programs role will be responsible for developing and delivering an intergrated, highly scalable and leverageable Enterprise and Events marketing framework and go-to-market plan across A/NZ, Hong Kong, India, Taiwan and South East Asia. The role will be responsible for the overall development, build, package and delivery of the platform, content and assets designed to drive further adoption of AWS among both business and technical influencers in the commercial sector.

Job Duties
Ownership of the Enterprise Marketing Framework and Plan to lead, align and execute to-to-market programs and deliverables across the sales, partner and marketing teams
Own and manage the Executive Engagement Program across APAC and support the Enterprise Team to build and manage customer engagements, events and demand generation programs
Create and successfully drive awareness, adoption, and usage of AWS through innovative, scalable and leveragable platform programs - including marquee platform conferences, online marketing, nurture & loyalty programs, content marketing, social marketing, user group and customer reference program
Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies to target technical and business decision makers and developers throughout APAC
Work closely with sales, technical teams, PR, recruiting, executive management, and field evangelists to achieve business goals
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, marketing communications and/or digital/high-technology companies/products to the enterprise market
Proven track record creating compelling positioning and marketing content with a strong digital marketing focus based on deep understanding of the technology market requirements
Demonstrated success in enterprise program, event management, product management, and/or project management
Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative technology product success and ability to develop effective marketing assets (including product videos, web content)
Ability and strong desire for both strategic and hands-on engagement and execution with broader team to deliver market ready programs
Proven success managing complex and multi-faceted, measurable with a demonstrated ability to drive marketing programs to ROI metrics
A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and proven success delivering measurable marketing results
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization with a fluid ability to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and undefined environment
Skilled negotiator with proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of flawless budget and plan execution
Superior oral and written communication skills with an strong attention to detail
The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously with the ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables
Strong natural team player with the desire to work with cross functional groups for broader organizational success
Accomplished range of skills from high level strategic thinking to creative and execution
Innate ability to identify market opportunity, create innovative solutions that are driven to measurable closed lead loop conversion
Strong leader and excellent communicator who can drive consensus and articulate program recommendations and tradeoffs to senior executives with seamless alignment and integration of the sales & marketing engagement
Proven knowledge of industry tools preferred such as SalesForce, HTML and online analytics packages
