What will I be doing?
As Director, Loyalty & Partnerships– Asia Pacific , you will lead the development and evolution of the loyalty programs and strategic partnerships in Asia Pacific, with a specific focus on building the awareness, engagement and advocacy for the brand portfolio across the Asia Pacific markets, increasing active loyalty program membership and incremental revenues for both rooms and F&B revenue.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
You will be responsible for establishing the annual strategy for HHonors loyalty program growth and executing the strategy through daily management of the loyalty programs and partnership activation in Asia Pacific, in partnership with the Director of Marketing in each region and liaison with the global HHonors and Partnerships teams

Partner with the Senior Director – Marketing Operations, Asia Pacific to identify and integrate brand aligned loyalty and partnership activity into the Asia Pacific area-wide programs and support new property openings
Partner with the Director of Brand Marketing, Asia Pacific to develop customer engagement programs to build loyalty in the key APAC source markets for the overall brand portfolio globally
Hold direct responsibility for the management and development in Asia Pacific of all partnerships headquartered within Asia Pacific and activation of global partner programs in Asia Pacific
This person will take on responsibility for the selection, management and performance of regional dining loyalty programs, such as the Hilton Premium Club and also partner with the Sales & Revenue Management team to develop any loyalty mechanics through 3rd Party channels
Partner with the global loyalty team, define the loyalty strategy for Asia Pacific
Define the partnership strategy for Asia Pacific, integrating with the HWW global strategy
Drive to enhance brand awareness and engagement through amplifying partners
Extend the scale of HWW brand marketing exposure by leveraging partner channels
Create platforms to introduce and activate customers to enroll in HHonors
Work in partnership with the APAC Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management & Operations establish and deliver annual operating and commercial plans, including revenue and cost models
Identify, negotiate, activate and manage strategic partnerships with airlines, finance, lifestyle and activity brands
Create and optimize multi-brand and multi-region programs and promotions for HHonors members, consumer, B2B customers and Team Members
Create and manage the HHonors program and plans for Asia Pacific and the regions, incorporating global system-wide programs and local programs
Develop tools and programs to engage all property teams to drive HHonors performance
Leverage Hilton HHonors and partner channels to enable
Customer engagement and incremental revenue delivery across Asia Pacific
Acquisition of HHonors members
Growth of HHonors membership production across the property estate
Growth in share of wallet from HHonors members
Support for new market entry and property opening in Asia Pacific
Impact and grow HHonors Third Party revenue and redemption volume
Oversee and evaluate all business process relating to the loyalty and partner programs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Partner with the APAC Marketing leaders to ensure department initiatives are collectively delivered, including the professional development of all team members

A Director, Loyalty & Partnerships– Asia Pacific serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels and vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
Bachelors Degree with Honors
10 Years/Minimum 5 years at a Asia Pacific level
10 Years/Minimum 5 years of management experience in Asia Pacific
Significant experience in global loyalty program development and activation in Asia Pacific
Extensive experience in developing, activating and driving global brand partnerships in Asia Pacific
Proven ability to develop and deliver marketing campaigns in Asia Pacific
Proven leadership ability in driving performance with multifunctional work groups, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders within a global matrix organisation
Proven ability to engage and manage marketing assets through creative, brand and marketing agencies
Strong problem solving skills with ability to lead complex issue resolution, including contract negotiations and fulfillment
Ability to effectively handle multiple, concurrent projects under pressure, including appropriate prioritization of projects
Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific markets
Experience and understanding of all marketing functions
