The Global Operations Change group is mandated with managing the delivery of change initiatives within Global Operations. We support the Global Operations management team across the Investment and Private Banking front divisions while partnering with business and IT, in developing, planning, and executing tactical and strategic books of work.
We are looking to bring onboard an experienced Program Manager to the Global Operation Change APAC with a good knowledge of the investment banking and private banking operations business. The candidate should have a proven track record of successfully delivering regulatory and control related system implementation projects, preferably in the OTC Trade Reporting space.
1. Program Management
Manage multiple projects concurrently, from initiation to closure and handover to the Business
Define program / project scope, objectives and governance in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Gather, document and analyze requirements drawing on subject matters specialists from all impacted departments in scope
Provide direction to project managers in complex regulatory requirements to identify and propose strategic solutions
Obtain endorsements and buy-in from stakeholders on recommendations
Actively manage program / project scope and objectives against quality standards, targets and budgets
Plan, manage and track program / project delivery milestones, resources, timeline and budget
Engage stakeholders and team members actively in regular progress updates, decisions and resolution of issues
Identify risks and issues and drive respective mitigations
Identify and manage project dependencies and escalate critical situations where appropriate
Identify, manage and monitor project budgets across the program
2. Reporting and Governance
Adhere to established program and project reporting governance and schedules in a global matrix organization
Adhere to defined project management methodology and use appropriate templates and tools to produce quality deliverables
3. Industrial Participation
Represent Credit Suisse in participating industrial forums (i.e. ISDA, DTCC, Markitwire and local regulators) to monitor OTC Trade Reporting requirements and implementation
Cascade and engage internal stakeholders (e.g. GC, FO, Country Management) of the industrial development
Establish internal and external network to clarify regulatory requirement and timeline to meet regulatory reporting commitment
Create a good understanding and general awareness of OTC trade reporting requirement / impact across jurisdictions / asset classes and businesses
4. People Management
Manage a team of 10-12 change professions across corporate title of ENO to VP
Coach, mentor and support personal development goals / plans
You Offer...
At least 10-15 years change and project/program management experience in a financial services environment
Proven track record in driving and implementing systems, process and people change, where at least 3 years on DIR level
Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Demonstrated analytical mindset and innovative problem-solving capabilities
Excellent written and interpersonal communications skills
Strong stakeholder management skills in the interactions with various internal business partners across different seniority levels and locations (global, mainly MDR/DIR)
Good understanding of banking operations processes and products (Investment Banking, mainly in Securities, OTC and Listed Derivatives)
Ability to build harmonious, effective and responsive relationships with cross-functional and cross-geographical partners
Experience of outsourcing and vendor engagement is desirable
