Job Description

Responsible for the control environment of the Private Banking Clients segment and for key procedures impacting the risk profile of the segment (e.g., CDD/AML)

Qualifications & Skills

KNOW HOW AND EXPERIENCE
-Private Banking experience >10 years, mainly in a control role (e.g., head of business risk or business control, COO)
-Proven risk management track record including knowledge of AML/CDD
-Ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues in processes and environments
-Tenacity in seeing initiatives and issues through to conclusion even where resolution depends on other teams
-Discipline and governance skills
-Strong leadership, people and stakeholder management skills
-Ability to operate at varying levels of detail
-Ability to drive teams distributed across diverse geographies from the centre
-Good understanding of technology and systems from a users perspective
-Ability to collaborate and work across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
-Strong change orientation; ideally some process re-engineering experience
-Excellent communication (verbal and written)
