Job Summary:
Are you looking to combine your expertise with world class technology sales and marketing software solutions? We’re looking for a high energy, passionate leader to drive forward and take ownership of our industry leading Commercial Cloud solution in the Asia Pacific region, which covers Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault and Veeva Network.

In this role, you’ll own every aspect of regional product management: From roadmap definition, to helping with feature design across multiple platforms, to ensuring overall customer success, you will be instrumental in helping maintain Veeva Commercial Cloud at the forefront of sales and marketing solutions for the Life Sciences industry in the Asia Pacific region.


You’ll interact with both internal and external parties, including: Customers, Global Product Management, Professional Services, Sales, and Strategy. As the product ‘owner’, you’ll be responsible for the products for all phases of the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product roadmap and strategy in coordination with other Veeva CRM product directors
Plan development sprints and releases in coordination with Engineering and QA team leaders
Provide input to Product Managers on team with regards to features and design across all platforms
Keep up with the latest software development methodologies and pharmaceutical industry trends and disseminate this information to the CRM Product Management team in North America
Become Point of Escalation for product related questions and enhancement requests
Represent and evangelize the product in front of internal stakeholders (Sales, Sales Engineering, Strategy, other Product Teams), as well as Customers, large and small.

Requirements:
10+ years work experience in the software industry
3+ years work experience as a Product Management Team Lead, of both onsite and remote product managers
Proven expertise in delivering top-notch Saas solutions for Enterprise Customers
Demonstrable experience to work and effectively communicate with external as well as internal parties, including partners, customers and prospects.
4 year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Scientific domain
Work out of Veeva HQ in Pleasanton, CA
