Job Description
Position Summary
We are currently seeking an outstanding candidate for a Director level position, to manage the end-to-end client CRM lifecycle that will sustainably improve sales productivity and engagement. This role reports into the Head of Sales Operations, and will be based at Visa's regional headquarters in Singapore, with responsibility primarily for AP and related coverage for CEMEA regions.
Ensure the adoption and progressive phased rollout of the Visa Client Playbook platform on Salesforce.com across AP region to improve sales effectiveness and productivity
Integrate Visa’s sales methodology for account reviews, and deal reviews to support the sales objectives for the region

Determine and manage the CRM platform learning agenda for rapid sales enablement
Coordinate all implementation activities through a broad governance structure, and gaining executive alignment at all levels to develop needed support
Secure any additional funding commitment needed for system integration, application development, and tools such as contract management and sales compensation management
Drive tangible metrics, data integrity monitoring tools, incentive programs and reporting to accelerate adoption and usage
Identify and assess relevant platform improvements such as single-sign-on, mobile adaption, and Chatter for phased introduction


Responsibilities

The Director of Sales Operations directs the investments in sales force effectiveness and productivity related to the CRM platform.

Sales Systems: Driving the rollout and use of a new sales tool application and processes centered on Salesforce.com, and ensuring quality in the opportunity management process. This effort requires coordination with global stakeholders including frequent reports to executive leadership
Provide comprehensive engagement with sales leadership in developing the CRM tool to help manage the business, improve sales discipline, institutionalize the use of sales methodology and executing the business plan
Cross-functional integration/ systems alignment with relevant functional units in the company.
Development and generation of reporting to tracking all key operating metrics for successful implementation
Piloting and testing roll-out of phases of the tool across regions on a staggered basis by relevant customer segment based on a needs assessment.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in the banking/financial services sector preferably with strong knowledge of card payments industry, its products, services and technologies
Experience in leading, directing, and facilitating the business planning processes. Ability to analyze trends, sales results, sales pipelines, and forecast accuracy.
Ability to define strategic needs of the business, analyze business strategies, as well as translate into potential sales effectiveness and productivity goals.
Background in salesforce.com platform
Strong management skills, appropriate to fast-paced business environment. Able to influence key members of the organization, and cultivate a high-performing team
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communications skills - capable of developing well-structured communications and presentations to large audiences
Strong educational background and practical experience in customer segmentation analysis desirable
Experience across multiple countries and cultures, ideally within a complex, matrix management organization

Education And Experience

Strong academic credentials, preferably with an advanced degree
7+ years of progressively responsible business experience with specific experience in sales, and sales operations
Experience with process re-engineering and implementations preferred.
Practical knowledge about CRM tools (e.g. SalesForce) and sales methodologies (e.g. Miller Heiman)
