Director Operations JLL Singapore

Job Description:
Reporting to the JLL Global Account Director (Canberra), the Regional Operations Director will be employed by and based in JLL's Singapore Office and will have responsibility for the regional Asian portfolio in respect of implementation, delivery and ongoing management for all services falling under the contract. This includes Facilities and Property Management; Portfolio and Strategic Management; Financial Management and Reporting; Contract Management and Governance; Management Information Systems. Strategic and Operational responsibilities will include:

Stakeholder management (client, JLL and third parties);
People Management (responsible for all JLL staff assigned to the contract within Asia);
Risk Management (Regional Oversight);
Procurement & Contractor Management;
Contract and Finance Management;
Health & Safety Management;
Value add and innovation.
Ideal Experience and Personal Characteristics
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field and/or 10-15 years' experience in facilities, property management or a related field;
Experience in managing large, multi-service contracts, with multiple remote sites with a minimum operating expenditure budget of AUD 20 million pa;
Experience or demonstrated capability to work in a specialised environment and management of remote sites, some of which may be in developing countries;
Strong communicator – high level presentation skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in local language/s desirable) with the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels;
Passion for quality and innovation – has an eye for detail to ensure the best possible, consistent delivery of services;
Open to new ideas and willing to challenge status quo;
Is able to travel regularly throughout Asia as required;
Ability to gain and retain agreed security clearances.
