Seeking a Senior Director Manufacturing Engineering reporting to the Global VP of Manufacturing and Engineering. The position is with a very prestigious Biotech Company, which is seen below. The Senior Director of Manufacturing Engineering for the Swiss Drug Substance manufacturing site is responsible for providing engineering (process, utilities, controls), GMP maintenance, and validation support functions that serve the clinical and commercial manufacturing operations for Drug Substance manufacturing, laboratory operations, and other site infrastructure. This position is responsible for directing the Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, Metrology, and Validation departments at the Switzerland Facilities. This position interacts with Senior Directors and Directors from Manufacturing, Quality, EHS and dotted-line reports to site General Manager.

Requirements
• This position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical preferred).
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Engineering and Maintenance in the Biotech or related industry including 10 years of supervisory/management experience. Knowledge of related manufacturing and utilities systems and current pharmaceutical practices is essential. Excellent leadership, project management, organizational, communication, and inter-personal skills are required.
