Job Description:
The Director Performance Marketing, APAC will play a critical role in leading Shutterstock’s execution of its growth plan for the APAC region through leveraging their experience in all performance marketing channels including creative and conversion flow optimization on a country level.
The position reports to the VP International and is based out of Singapore.
The Director will be responsible for effectively acquiring new customers through all performance marketing channels (including paid search, affiliates, SEO, eCRM, Display, Mobile), partnerships, events and new acquisition channels.
The successful candidate will use an analytical, data driven approach to testing new ideas/concepts and create optimal ROI generating to grow throughout the region. In this role, the Director is expected to ensure that the Company consistently meets or exceeds target goals, market share and key KPI’s.
The ideal candidate to meet the brief will be one with demonstrable e-commerce experience in multiple APAC countries, preferably gained within an e-Commerce pure play / B2C /B2B Subscription / digital distribution platform environment. S/he will be an accomplished leader who has driven / built the online businesses to measureable, positive effect.

Desired Skills and Experience
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
Experience in working across multiple markets in APAC.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in digital marketing.
MBA is a plus but not required
Bi-lingual with fluency in Korean, Japanese, or Chinese along with English a plus
Candidates living in Singapore preferred
