Key Responsibilities

· Manages channel sales business across South Asia, ANZ and India. Leads a team (including remote team members) that work with channel partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities.

· Lead in collaboration with various team members in developing strong channel programs and drive for execution throughout the region.

· Identifies and qualifies new channel partners and regularly engaged at client facilities

· Develops, motivates and coordinates Dell and SonicWall Channel sales team to optimize sales execution. Skillfully negotiates with others to achieve desired results and meet customer needs.

· Identifies appropriate products and services to meet the full range of the channels needs. Identifies cost effective and practical alternatives for the customer by bundling products/service “solutions” to maximize Dell’s opportunity while meeting customer’s needs.

· Identifies opportunities for Channel Partners to fill a geographic or vertical coverage gap.

Essential Requirements

· Undergraduate degree and more than 10 years relevant experience

· Requires strong network security channel sales experience at least in the region of South Asia

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members (especially remote members) and drive for sales results

· Proven sales track record of sales through channel partners in the region, especially in the small medium enterprise space

· Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with customers at senior levels
