Director Ecommerce Luxury Retail Business RGF Singapore Singapore

Job Description:
The Ecommerce Director should be a data driven team leader with sound experience and proven capabilities in building a marketing heavy Ecommerce function. He/she will help support our Singapore fashion retail sales growth and eventually establish best-in-class Ecommerce strategies focused on driving revenue, customer engagement and conversion that can be rolled-out into our regional businesses.

Responsibilities
- Effectively build and manage E-Commerce operating budgets and P&L’s
- Plan and maximize the sales and profit contribution of the various brand(s) on the E-Commerce site.
- To work closely with internal team members and external Consultant(s) to develop an efficient and visually appealing E-Commerce website.
- To work closely with the Fashion Director to develop annual E-Commerce business plan to reflect brand(s) positioning, merchandise mix, prices and E-Commerce site management.
- Leading the design of product placement on the E-Commerce website, as well as the development of on-site campaigns regarding merchandise collections, new launches, key merchandise information and promotional events.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage all E-Commerce efforts to increase site traffic, conversion rates and sales, maximize customer acquisition, improve and grow successful customer programs and drive overall brand(s) awareness of the E-Commerce website.
- To work closely with the Fashion Director to ensure brand(s) profitability by management of full price and mark down sales, intake margins and levels of mark down activity.
- Identify and implement growth strategies for both new customer acquisition, and existing customer retention.
- Analyze and report on sales, profitability and marketing efforts.
- Leverage competitor research and analytics to build and improve customer navigation and path-to-purchase
- Establish new business processes to support E-Commerce merchandising functions
- Establish good working relationship with third party logistics provider to ensure efficient delivery of merchandise purchased through the E-Commerce website and constantly review and negotiate better rates where appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Master / Degree in Retail Management, Marketing, IT or Fashion Management
- Minimum 8 years of E-Commerce site management, sales and marketing experience preferably from the luxury retail industry
- Experience in developing omni-channel retailing is an advantage
- Extensive understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, affiliate marketing, social media platforms and marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of success in E-Commerce marketing strategies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in web infrastructure and architectural planning.
- Highly developed understanding of E-Commerce business drivers affecting top and bottom line as well the ability to interpret web analytics.
- Excellent analytical, project management and presentations skills.
