Job Description:
Provides internal clients with an up to date and accurate view on pricing, liquidity and market player's appetite in support of their arranging, bidding and committee processes
Reviews financing structures presented to committee ensuring they are as per market acceptable standard
Provides Loan Syndicate and Sales underwriting/selldown support memos and reviews commitment documents alongside LCM and the relevant metiers
Commits to selldown strategy and ensures clean selldown track record with no residual long positions
Maintain and grows an external network of market professionals (competitors, investors, lawyers...) in order to be fully abreast of market developments
To coordinate and facilitate secondary selldown when required
Contributing Responsibilities
Contributes to the regional distribution platform and one-team concept – help out on transactions from other locations and areas if required.
Contributes to the successful achievement of the annual revenue budget of LSS
Contributes to market surveys / presentations on liquidity and pricing of competition / transactions done outside BNP Paribas
Contributes to the Permanent Control framework
Technical and Behavioral Competencies required
Fully understands financing structures and is able to make innovative recommendations
Has a deep knowledge of regional and global financial markets allowing for proper read of market conditions.
Has a proactive, positive and collaborative approach with internal clients, thereby fostering mutual trust and creating new business opportunities
Willingness to operate as a team member and show interest in the overall team's achievements
Strong communication skills
10 years’ experience in the loan syndication market.
