Job Description
As a Director, Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel partner marketing programs and campaigns in support of the CA Sales business as well as Channel Partners across the region.
• Understands the dynamics of the sales community and how they are a critical enabler to for campaign success.
• Provides overall project management of these marketing programs and campaigns
• Maximising opportunities for joint partner marketing – leveraging all opportunities for joint marketing and maximising the use of available partner marketing funds.
• Preparing and updating regional marketing budgets, reporting regularly on performance against target, providing variance analyses and revised projections.
• Work with our growing partner community to develop targeted go-to-market programs for each partner. Work closely with partner teams and create innovative marketing programs.
• Provides campaign analysis and reporting to understand the ROI of these programs and campaigns for optimization and continuous improvement in all marketing efforts
• Understands the value in combining multiple marketing tactics for greater results and effectiveness including but not limited to direct, online, email, events and tele
• Understands the role of marketing in engaging with prospects in an ongoing dialogue to nurture them through to action
• 10+ years of field/ channel marketing experience at a B2B software or technology company
• Ability to engage with sales to support sales revenue
• Extensive knowledge and experience to drive demand generation
• Experience in digital marketing (webinar, Search and Social)
• Experience in partner marketing/joint vendor marketing as well as working for/ with MSPs model
• Possess both passionate, innovative, can do attitude required for a start-up company.
• Ability to create, execute and manage marketing programs and events of all sizes and audiences
• Knowledge of regional information technology and industry associations and relevant user communities. APAC experience is a big plus.
• Excellent research, organization, vendor management and negotiation skills
• Experience with sales and marketing automation systems – Salesforce and Marketo a plus
• Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful
• Ability to think strategically while implementing tactically, balancing marketing and sales needs with a high level of flexibility
