Job Description:
Come be a part of a team at Facebook tasked with inventing and building world-class marketing ideas for the world’s best marketers. You’ll source, manage and execute world-class production of filmed content/photography for the Creative Shop around the world. You will need to be hands on in the management of every facet of the production process from talent procurement, briefing, establishing timelines, cost management, to shipping the final work.
You’ll combine your production super powers, strong business acumen, creativity and growing understanding of Facebook’s platform to build business-driving ideas that set the bar for the entire industry.

The team needs an exceptional Producer who is a true pioneer, highly entrepreneurial, chalk full of ingenuity and deeply passionate about developing and producing truly world-class content that clients invest behind to transform their business & delight users. This is a full-time role based in Singapore.
Responsibilities

Produce, source, manage and execute world-class production of filmed content/photography.
Manage projects from conception to completion, coordinate day-to-day content production activities (long form pieces, interviews, photo shoots, commercials, client meetings, pitch videos, budgets, production schedules) to help ensure on-time, flawless execution.
Direct all production efforts (scoping, casting, shooting, editing etc.)
Collaborate with content creators, manage bid submission, pre-production, shoot, record and edit and delivery.
Identify and resolve production problems with ingenuity and a contagious “can-do” attitude.
Play a key role in business development including fueling the prospective client / project pipeline, collaborating with Client Partners to identify and vet prospective projects and participate in client pitches and presentations.
Stay abreast of best-in-class content creator partners and technical solutions that can be leveraged by the team.
Develop production talent, team capabilities and a business infrastructure to scale this function/offering.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university required
10+ years of experience producing award-winning commercials, branded content and multi-platform media experiences with a particular expertise on leading digital platforms and their technical requirements.
Production company or Advertising agency experience.
3+ years of Team management experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Exceptional administrative and time management skills (and can predict unforeseen time/costs).
Experience securing rights to properties and working with legal departments.
A great network of artists and directors that you have worked with.
