APAC Biddable Media Marketing Lead - Google - Singapore


Job description
As a senior digital media manager, you are a fully dedicated business leader, shaping the future of Google’s products. You have the unique opportunity to work on campaigns across a whole portfolio, be it a consumer product (like Google+, YouTube, Search, Maps, Chrome or Nexus) or a business product (like AdWords, DoubleClick, Enterprise Apps). You lead innovation across new and established product campaigns across your region and lead Google’s approach to media planning and buying globally.

You will be responsible for shaping and driving biddable programs to drive direct response and Brand awareness/consideration for Google products. You’ll be expected to bring a strategic vision while still be able to execute and tackle the tactical challenges to get things done. We want someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty to get the job done. You will work closely with product marketing managers to create advanced biddable media plans to drive great content discoverability and conversion, ultimately resulting in a delightful user experience. Additionally, you will work closely with others on Google’s central media team to help drive innovation in every media program we execute.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary lead on all APAC biddable media programs and manage all tactical aspects of running campaigns.
Drive data-driven analysis and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and value to the business. This includes advanced analytics to measure online-to-offline contribution; mobile-to-offline contribution; cross-channel impact; e2e development; etc.
Lead world-class customer experience testing and optimizations throughout the customer journey (ad creative, ad placement, landing page experience, conversion forms, post-conversion relationship, A/B and multivariate testing, etc).
Work closely with PMMs to help drive success in meeting their goals. Partner with the cross-channel leads for integrated campaign program development.
Oversee media agency and publisher relationships to develop/maintain world-class biddable programs.

Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

8 years of biddable and direct response media experience managing complex, large-scale campaigns; combined client-side and agency experience managing large-scale, complex campaigns and experience working on large brands.
Proven track record of using biddable media to acquire, engage, and nurture users throughout the funnel.
Strong business acumen and proven track record of creating and presenting senior management-level presentations. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to use data to drive actionable insights.
Demonstrable technical skills and a strong point of view on how to best leverage the following against your campaign goals: Biddable platforms to acquire the target audience at scale with efficiency; mobile tracking and attribution methodologies; Adwords, DoubleClick, Google Analytics and other 3rd party digital and mobile ad serving and tracking platforms; general web analytic methodologies to measure post-click user actions; a genuine passion for the media industry.
Superb program management skills with extreme attention to detail. Experience in forecasting and managing to forecast.
