Responsibilities
The Fulfillment Administrator is responsible for the fulfillment of customer services.
Quality and accuracy of fulfillment, within agreed SLAs is paramount in order to provide the right customer experience and set future expectations.
Timely and accurate fulfillment of new clients within agreed SLAs
Implementing changes to existing client accounts, following standard procedures and timelines
Accurately terminating clients when requested, following standard procedures
Technically qualifying client compatibility with the services using designated systems
Email and telephone based communication, dealing with internal and external queries and requests
Ensuring accuracy and quality of data entered across specified systems

Scope
Provides Customer support at a professional level
Proficient in a broad range of activities related to their job

Business Impact
Works on assignments within established procedures associated with the specific job function.

Qualifications
Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience required.

Related Experience desired
previous experience in an IT environment.
3rd level education or equivalent experience
Experience of working within the software industry preferable
Experience of working within a technical environment preferable
Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Oracle, Salesforce.com (or other CRM systems)
