Associate Director - mFinance - SingTel - Singapore

Job description

An opportunity to take a role at the cutting edge of mobile payments technology, and to lead in defining and implementing SingTel’s mFinance strategy. The successful applicant will have a strong background in the banking/payments industry, and a passion for bringing new and innovative products to market.

This role involves oversight of existing in-market mFinance products (SingTel mRemit, mCash, SingTel mWallet aswell as NFC payments), as well as an exciting roadmap of products due for imminent launch.


Key Objectives:

To drive remittance business to scale, including defining marketing plans for existing and new corridors.
Lead discussions with existing and new corridors (MNOs, platform providers) to expand and grow mRemittance business
Bring SingTel Prepaid VISA product to market, and drive to scale across multiple segments
Lead discussions with external parties (including banks, platform providers, payment schemes) to onboard for SingTel mobile payments
Drive uptake and usage of mCash by defining product enhancements/use cases and then develop relevant GTM marketing campaigns
