Job description
The Pacific IS&T group has an opening for a Senior Analyst with proven experience in engaging with the businesses to implement and manage IT solutions.

Key Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years directly in the implementation and management of enterprise-level systems.
Experience with different business groups and can understand end-to-end business functions, processes and operations.
Experience in managing a team, preferably with direct reporting staff.
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The incumbent must have the ability to drive global projects, recognize opportunities and collaborate with business partners to implement solutions. Possess strong business acumen, technical skills in sales related systems and in-depth understanding of channel business processes. Comfortable working in a global matrix organization and fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills across organizational levels in diverse cultures are critical.


Description

Partner with business stakeholders to envision and deploy system solutions, including
• assist business organization in achieving their revenue generation goals;
• enhance business processes in order to attain increased efficiency or effectiveness;
• ensure adherence to global systems, standards and processes.

Translate business requirements into conceptual IT solution proposal or prototype.
Manage projects of varying scale and complexity; including project planning, budgeting, resourcing, scheduling, communication and implementation.
Seek best practices to improve system functionalities and performance.

Education

Bachelor degree in Information Systems or Computing, or Business degree with IT-related disciplines.
