The Director, Digital Channel Marketing will formulate digital marketing strategies and implement campaigns to engage and acquire new customers for the Bank according to the Business objectives. The incumbent will acquire and engage customers cost-effectively via digital channel (Search Engine Optimisation – SEO, Search Engage Marketing – SEM and display buy). The individual will also increase customer engagement at all micro-sites and promo-sites and leverage on digital banking platform to cross-sell products and services.

The role holder will work collaboratively with various business units and functional support stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of various campaigns. The incumbent will also manage agencies to deliver quality creatives and results. In addition, the job holder will drive strategic implementations with key stakeholders (including BU).

Qualifications:

Prior experience in SEO, SEM and paid media marketing
Familiarity with the banking industry
Goal oriented with an attention to detail
Ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure and manage multiple activities in accordance with delivery requirements and timelines
Strategic thinker and has hands-on experience
Good analytical skills and problem solving ability
Motivated with a strong personality
