Job description
Lead, direct and manage all Product Sales and Sales Operations functions
Responsible for developing and implementing the process flow of the tenders with business partners/consortium/SI/Resellers for all tenders. Ensure that internal and external requirements are met and goods are delivered and installed at the specified requirements. This will include logistics, financing, system integration and installation, customization of products packing requirements etc.
As an acting Head of Display, manage Monitors category including both B2C and B2B display monitors and Solution Displays (eg. Large Format Displays (LFDs), Hospitality Displays (HD) and Cloud Displays).
Strategize the business to meet revenue, profitability and market share targets for the Singapore market. The role will drive both strategy and execution for all businesses and programs to meet set objectives.

Work with external channel partners and customers. Part of channel work includes mapping the overall segments and opportunities in each market and identify the right channel strategies and partners to be successful in maximizing sales. Working with the B2B Account Teams and Vertical Champions, the role will help secure large deals and support any consultative work required for the deals.
Perform ROI calculations and revenue forecasts for future
The role will need to also complete weekly and monthly reports and ensure that the pipeline for Display is accurately completed on a timely manner in the system.
Establish business processes to drive operational success and SCM KPIs
Present to CxO level and senior management on overall product and business solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience
Degree holder with minimum 12 years of working experience
Have required knowledge in Hardware & Software skills
Understanding of business environment, technical context and organizational strategic direction
Keen understanding of the product knowledge, networking ability in the industry with effective channel customer relationship management skills
Project management skills during the sales engagement cycle
Experience in managing a team of product managers and pre-sales
Demonstrated selling success/track record selling to the market
Channels, Reseller and disty management and experience is an added advantage
