Responsibilities
Distribution Lead in Process improvement to improve control & compliance in the branches, working closely with Business Operations team
Distribution Lead in enhancing customer experience and customer journey in the branches, working closely with Customer Experience team
Distribution Lead in Service Delivery and in charge of service huddles.
Ensure that distribution conforms to audit, internal & external requirements for service as prescribed by the bank and relevant legislative bodies.
Distribution lead in Wait time management and Demand management in the branches
Requirements
Sound understanding of competitors and their activity in the market place
Sound understanding of Financial Services and customer experience to include a working knowledge and application of compliance and T&C regulations
Good organisational skills, of self and others
Strong interpersonal skills
Leadership and motivational skills
