Executive Creative Director - POSSIBLE - Singapore
Job description
The role of a Creative Director is to design, develop and deliver innovation and engaging executions. These should be relevant and offer value to the customer, either in terms of entertainment, fulfillment, education or promotion, ultimately driving the desire to respond.
It is the Creative’s responsibility to ensure that deliverables are maintained at the highest standard and to champion POSSIBLE’ s creative ideas to staff, clients, prospective clients and the industry at large.
Responsibilities:
-Provide strategic leadership for the development of creative ideas, strategies and executions
-Credibly challenge assumptions and thinking to ensure best possible solutions -Develop alternative and lateral solutions to briefs/issues.
-Maintaining a macro view of all projects to ensure that both client needs and agency standards are achieved
-Set the standards and develop the strategy to drive continuous improvement -Provide leadership, training and growth opportunities to creative staff through career planning and appraisals and ongoing role-model interactions
-Pro-actively recommend and implement company-wide initiatives to drive improved creativity across all parts of the business
-Approve overall direction to creative resources and work with consultants to develop relevant, innovative and impactful campaigns
-Play a lead role in the agency’s relationship with clients, including presentation of creative strategies and proposals
-Ensure quality creative output by maintaining and enhancing creative standards and processes
-Oversee and support the creative team through all stages of design and development and provide guidance and motivation whenever required
-Liaising with the Program Management to ensure the appropriate allocation of workload within the team
-Constantly updating creative credentials and lead award submission
-Improve creative capabilities through building and promoting best-in-class creative skills and campaigns both within the organization and across the industry
