PRIMARY FUNCTION/POSITION SUMMARY:

Develop sales and marketing strategies for CFASS Singapore Freeport facility.
Execute sales and marketing strategies, and achieve pre-defined performance objectives and budgets. Develop qualified prospective client pipeline, convert prospective clients to clients, maintain ongoing relationships with key clients to further expand business opportunities and sales results.
Build credibility and rapport with various ChristieĆ¢??s colleagues and key stakeholders, in order to win potential client referrals and establish self as a valuable business partner.
Utilize and/or build a network of successful bankers, professionals in relevant industries and centers of influence.
Be proactive in identifying tactical opportunities for sales and marketing activities, and rally internal resource support to successfully take advantage of such opportunities.
Work seamlessly with the CFASS Singapore facility management team, Asia regional management and CFASS global support functions via proactive communications and great teamwork.
Travel within the region and sometimes cross continents, is essential.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Energy, enthusiasm, positive thinking, ethics, teamwork, self-initiative are required qualifies.
A past track record of success achieved in areas of sales is a must.
Superb communications, presentation and networking skills are essential to the success of this role holder.
The ability to travel extensively will be required.
Must be bi-lingual, English and mandarin are strongly preferred. Fluency in a third language is a plus.
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Degree from a four-year colleague at a minimum.
