Position Summary
Systems Administrators will be responsible for providing systems and middleware support across all production application environment.
This position requires applying root cause operation break fixes and other proactive maintenance activities to keep the services up and running.
This is a professional level position and requires strong execution and analytical abilities. This role works independently and receives minimal guidance.

Responsibilities
• 24/7 support on all middleware components including IBM WebSphere, IIS, MQ, Message Broker, AIX, UNIX, Tomcat, vFabric, LDAP, Siteminder, Datapower.

• Implement and manage services applications in test and product environments.
• Ensure service meets corporate quality, security, and compliance standards. Provide documentation for ongoing support and maintenance of systems.
• Responsible for applying code and operation break fixes, and other maintenance activities to ensure services are running. Evaluate issues reported by clients and members, and provide ongoing solutions.
• Responsible for managing performance and tuning of applications.
• Manage service and ticket SLAs, and manage workflow to achieve SLAs.
• Determine configuration and operational requirements for development team. Design test criterions and test plan.

Qualifications

Professional
Engineering/Computer related bachelor degree with 4 years relevant experience.

Technical
24/7 support on all middleware components including IBM WebSphere, IIS, MQ, Message Broker, AIX, UNIX, Tomcat, vFabric, LDAP, Siteminder, Datapower.
