Consumer Online & Digital Acquisition Objectives
• To grow Online channel contributing 10% of all sales.

Consumer Online Sales
• Align online sales to AOP strategy.
• Manage 3rd party agency relationships to drive traffic to site
• Create best in class Online specific offers and marketing plans to drive uptake and penetration
• Use customer feedback to drive and improve offers
• Develop analytics for measurement and target tracking
• Develop specialist online sales support team for online sales call-backs
• Product & offer simplification
• Drive online sales capability to save on commission costs vis a vis other channels.
• Manage Online A&P budget
• Manage channel conflict
• Achieve consumer sales targets
• Deliver EBITDA benefits through commission savings
• Deliver higher ARPU customers at lower cost to serve.
• Drive to be no.1 online telco sales channel in Singapore market

Consumer Telesales
• Deliver AOP strategy focusing on quality and triple play
• Execution of marketing campaigns for upselling/xselling driving churn reduction
• Deliver customer experience target contributing to group Net Promoter Score

People Management & Team Development
• Develop team talent and promote high performance culture
• Improve employee engagement
• Support creative and innovative culture
Desired Skills and Experience
1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines from a recognized tertiary institutions.
2. At least 10 years of relevant experience in Sales or Online business, in which 4 years in a leading role capacity
3. Good in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
4. Possess the drive, passion and commitment to succeed in winning in a competitive market environment.
5. Abreast on the technology, digital and social media space in conducting retail business and the changes in buying/transactional behaviour;
6. Commercial acumen, business and technology savvy;
7. Analytical capability, able to produce clear, factual information in written reports for executive reporting.
8. Excellent relationship management
9. Excellent presentation and communication skills
10. Strong influencing capability, collaborative and stakeholder management skills.
11. Clear thought processes with strong ability to prioritize, manage conflicts and operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
12. Resourceful with strong planning and organization skills to manage high performing teams.
13. Flexible and quick adaptation to work comfortably in a matrix organization
