Director Sales Business Development Servcorp Singapore

Job Description:
Reporting to the General Manager - Southeast Asia (SEA), this role will be primarily responsible for directing serviced office sales for the Singapore and Southeast Asia over time. This will include advising, coaching and motivating Managers on the ground to achieve sales targets, as well as being directly involved in the actual sales. The Sales Director will also perform an advisory role to other functions in the business with relation to business development, pricing direction, deals, and local area marketing. Servcorp has a strong sales culture and the Sales Director must demonstrate the ability to build on the group's strength, yet show strong leadership.

Servcorp is looking for a candidate who will be comfortable with a luxury premium product and a fast-moving, intellectually stimulating and highly entrepreneurial environment.

Desired Skills and Experience
You must be immaculately presented and have a proven track record in driving sales. You will have led a powerful sales team, and be a highly motivated individual who delivers ambitious results consistently with an excellent commercial sense. You will need to demonstrate a sharp mind, be comfortable with figures and flexible with regards to changes of strategy that the organisation may experience. A trusted team player with a 'get it done now' attitude, you will also have the ability to listen and learn during the initial stages of integration in to the Servcorp culture as you embark on an intensive on-the­ ground training program.

You may have built your career in the services sector with exposure to a broad range of people and businesses, particularly professional services or management consulting, luxury hotels, retail, or airlines.

7-10 years' work experience
Proven results in driving a sales team to achieve monthly targets
Appreciation of high end luxury or premium products or services in any industry
Passion for and strong focus on creating a sustainable culture around a strong sales discipline
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements

Leadership Capability: Established track record of leading and inspiring sales professionals as well as successfully empowering teams to outperform; demonstrating coaching and mentoring skills.

Collaboration and Influencing: Outstanding at collaborating and influencing stakeholders and customers both internally and externally. Should also actively contribute to the broader organisation and invest in building relationships internally as well as externally where relevant.
