Demand Planner, Emerging Asia (Singapore)

Have you embarked on a consumer sales driven operations career path, backed up by demonstrated strong analytical skills & keen business acumen? We are looking for an Demand Planner to join our LEGO® Emerging Asia Sales & Marketing team.

Our goal is to deliver on brand access, consumer lifetime value, consumer driven operations and integrated marketing championship.

• Drive and lead all elements related to the sales and operations process, consumer sales tracking processes, inventory control processes within Emerging Asia Business unit (Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, India and Pakistan among others).
• Together with the Regional and SBU Marketing teams and Business Unit sales team, you will create the best possible sales forecast based on insights from historical sales trends, strength of products and marketing plans through a monthly structured sales and operations planning process (S&OP).

• Responsible for weekly/monthly meeting cadence as well as weekly dashboard reporting
• Collaborate with many stakeholders and ensure that deadlines are met for deliverables into Country Manager and regional functions.

What we’re looking for

• A Degree in Business / Commerce
• 5+ years of experience within forecasting and/or S&OP
•Expert in analysis and proven ability to predict the future trends based on various inputs and historic data.
• Strong communication skills with experience working in a cross-functional environment.
• Ideally experience from working with multiple distributor markets
• Proficient in excel Prior work experience from FMCG, Fashion or luxury brands
