Director, Global Services Southeast APAC Australia and New Zealand

Position Summary:
Lead professional services for the Asia Pacific Region excluding Greater China for Navis.
Navis is looking for a dynamic individual to be based in Singapore who possesses a proven track record of success in managing APAC professional services organizations within the software industry. This is a great opportunity to build a world-class organization in Navis’ fastest growing region.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversees APAC professional services sales, delivery and resource management.
Manages approximately 10 staff.
Hires, retains and motivates technically talented and exceptional customer facing employees.
Assists in the sales process to ensure that high quality deals are sold leading to customer success and satisfaction.
Develops strong and lasting relationships with key customers and partners.
Manages a portfolio of software implementation and upgrade projects on schedule, within budget and with high customer satisfaction.
Refines and develops methodologies, tools and programs around implementations, upgrades and other services.
Partners with other departments as part of continuous improvement initiatives across the entire customer lifecycle.
Partners with Human Resources to understand and comply with employment standards and cultural norms in various countries.
Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements
BS in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or a related degree.
10-15 years of experience in directing professional services organizations in the enterprise software industry.
3-5 years global professional service management experience at the Director/VP level
Experience in managing multi-phased fixed price contracts.
Experience in managing highly complex custom software development projects.
Experience in managing organizations that implement and upgrade enterprise applications is required. Experience in managing organizations that implement and upgrade supply chain applications and/or mission critical applications is desired.

Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Travel required approximately 50%.
