Position summary
The role will encompass supporting the project management and delivery of complex product services deliveries to strategic clients in the APAC region. This position will be based in Singapore and will be part of the Asia Pacific Consulting Operations team and report into the APAC Analytics Consulting Manager.
Responsibilities
Gain an in-depth knowledge of a client’s website architecture, online business model, and online marketing strategy
Gather, document and help form/guide client business requirements, key performance indicators and other functional and/or technical requirements
Design and create web analytic reporting
Apply various analytic techniques to uncover potential opportunities
Create clear observations, analysis, and conclusions for presentation to clients
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business, web site and/or marketing program performance
Advise key stakeholders and drive client success based on clients most important business drivers
Interact frequently with clients via phone, email, and/or in-person—including interaction with marketers, analysts, web developers, and C-level executives
Communicate confidently and proactively with customers throughout the project lifecycle
Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
Manage customer expectations appropriately and keep projects on schedule and within scope
Become an expert in the use of Adobe products and the methods by which they can be used to effectively optimize online businesses
Work to educate clients on the best practices in relation to their specific industry and key business requirements
Keep accurate daily records of client billable time
Some technical writing and PowerPoint presentation creation
Requirements
8 years experience in marketing, customer behavior, financial analysis, database marketing, and/or marketing agency/consulting
Solid understanding of the advertiser and publisher space including demand side platforms and data management platforms, web analytics and various web measurement technologies
Knowledge of integrated marketing and customer relationship management disciplines
Working knowledge of how the internet and web sites work
Passion for the internet domain and use of technology to solve business problems
Understanding of enterprise internet business models and online processes, terminology, concepts and strategies
Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success
Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Some travel required
Special consideration given for:
Previous experience working with Adobe digital marketing suite products or similar tools
Website optimization consulting experience
Web development experience
Experience with online marketing, campaign management, ad serving platforms, email and affiliate marketing, and/or paid and natural search engine marketing
Ability to utilize Access, SAS or SPSS, SQL, or other database packages
Deep vertical industry experience (e.g., Retail, media, financial services, high tech, etc.)
Expertise with mobile or social media analytics
Master’s degree in business or other related advanced education
