Engagement Program Manager - Google - Singapore


Job description

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
As an Engagement Program Manager, you will work closely with the Sales teams and help them by providing solutions for different display offerings for the advertisers.

Responsibilities
Actively co-develop, co-pitch, program manage and report on large advertising campaigns against best practice benchmarks.
Communicate effectively with creative and media agencies, internal sales teams, external developers, internal engineering teams and advertising operations.
Identify new creative opportunities based on customer needs, industry trends, product updates, post-campaign benchmarks and competitive research.
Analyze the effectiveness of programs and conduct post-program reporting and return-on-investment analysis, presenting the results to sales and advertisers directly.
Educate advertisers and agencies on Google Display and YouTube best practices, including the usage of platform tools and understand and articulate YouTube’s technical, policy and legal requirements.



Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge of at least 2 of: Flash, ActionScript (2&3), HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, or Python.


Preferred Qualifications

Strong analytical and project/program management skills.
Technical sales or field sales experience (sales engineering or professional consulting experience).
Familiarity with the ad serving industry, media plans and large-scale advertising campaigns.
Background in web site and web application development, including experience working closely with Product Managers and Design teams.
Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience effectively.
Devotion to customer satisfaction and world-class program execution.
