Job description
Position Summary
The Sr. Director of Acquirer Processing provides strategic and tactical leadership for creating, implementing, and driving efficient and effective planning, tracking, and reporting of Acquirer Processing programs for the Asia Pacific region. This role leads the portfolio management of new business development and managing existing programs to drive incremental Acceptance growth. Works collaboratively across Processing, Strategy, Risk, Legal and Pricing functions to develop, lead and manage internal and external 3rd party processing partnerships.
The incumbent also leads the activities in collaboration with our finance partners to ensure accurate, efficient, and effective budgeting and forecasting. Devises and implements processes to provide executive management with transparency and real-time visibility into portfolio performance to enable effective and timely decision making.
Responsibilities
Business development lead and technical subject matter expert for Acquirer Processing Managed Services
Architect responsible for solution design of financial and non-financial transaction processing
Client facing role to structure roadmaps and manage operational change requests
Develops and manages program related budgets
Establishes and monitors portfolio metrics, driving for success and communicating results
Partners with Financial Inclusion team
Works collaboratively to deliver business value for clients and internal stakeholders

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required, BSCS or IS with MBA preferred
10 years of progressive experience in software development for payment solutions and complex program management
