Singapore based role at the Asia Pacific Operations Center (APOC)
Team Purpose:
• Regional Operation Center (ROC) and in-region leadership accountability for end to end core commercial launches across products, services, programs, campaigns and integrated business platforms / systems;
• Customer Experience - Accountable to ensure in market and local requirements / planning needs are gathered and incorporated into future state design at Corporate across all types of launches.
• Lead ROC accountabilities for launch deployment, operate and optimize lifecycle phases.
• Accountable for Go / No Go decisions on launches based upon First Mile Excellence (FMX) attainment readiness index targets.
• Relationship Management - Is the key leadership interface and engagement between the Corporate teams and the ROC on all launches.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Accountable for program and process excellence in the design, continuous improvement and operations activities (w/ benchmark against industry leaders) for our VL, Cloud and Loyalty programs and processes to support Commercial Operations.

• Lead and manage volume licensing, cloud and loyalty program launches and in market implementation for Asia Pacific & Japan regions. Is accountable for Go / No Go launch decisions based upon achieving First Mile Excellence (FMX) attainment readiness index targets.
• Work with Corporate planning, design and build teams to ensure that our VL, Cloud and Loyalty product and service offerings / capabilities meet our customer, legal, trade and tax requirements in the markets we serve.
• Work with the Corporate teams to develop new capabilities that are simple to use for our customers, are cost effective and integrate effortlessly into current processes and tools
• People Management & Culture - Build a high-performance customer 1st launch and capability team that are passionate about customer experience, simplification and creating innovative, intuitive, lean processes and solutions to meet our customers needs;

Role Requirements:

• Demonstrated operational capabilities and/or product & services launch industry leadership experience with a sheer passion for customer centricity;
• Deep understanding of product / services lifecycle management and experience in leading large scale automation programs; Designing for multi-channel, multi-experience scenarios;
• Proven people leadership experience of large diverse multicultural teams.
• Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to this position (including ability to understanding and experience of our competitor landscape)
• Ability to challenge the status quo, question existing practices, problem solve and formulate winning proposals for process change
• Leading impactful engagements at Corporate HQ exec level working across senior internal and external stakeholders in a highly matrix environment.
• Experience in services and / or devices/hardware industry is distinct advantage.
• Strategically transforming for the future leadership experience.
