Marketing & Communication Specialist - UBS - Singapore

Job description
Key tasks and responsibilities will include:
Work closely with Hong Kong and Singapore sales teams on devising and implementing marketing plan for fund launches / roadshows
Draft, edit and proof read a range of materials (both in English and Chinese) including printed and electronic documents, advertisements, presentations, media releases, etc.
Follow all necessary approval procedures, sign off of materials, implement and maintain a log and filing system

Co-ordinate and execute ideas with Corporate Communication and advertising agency on production of advertorial materials including media briefs
Co-ordinate PR activities/media coverage
Co-ordinate with external vendors like printing houses and gift sourcing companies
Liaise with global communications team and other comms/marketing colleagues within the group for the covered markets
Maintain the SG+HK website. Spearhead efforts to improve content including promotional content and digital marketing activities to encourage use/ traffic of the website
Take lead in organizing client events eg distribution partners client's event, annual investment forum etc
Coordination of PM/Capabilities manager's roadshow/schedule
Develop a system to efficiently disseminate fund documents to distributors
Work closely with Global Marketing functions to ensure message and brand consistency across the firm

Create bespoke marketing material - with Asian investor preferences in mind - to be used in sales meetings
