Facebook is looking for a strategic leader responsible for ensuring that all client needs are met and we are aligned across international accounts globally. This role will be responsible for representing Facebook at client events and conferences pertaining to the account category and development. The position will be based in our Singapore office.
Responsibilities
Provide thought leadership and clear direction within the Global Accounts teams, partnering with clients/agencies, presentation and delivery of results
Develop strategy and global alignment to ensure growth and achievement of international accounts revenue objectives in markets around the world
Drive the highest levels of client service by working with cross regional teams to improve relationships and process, work with the global account teams to identify, monitor and provide timely and accurate forecasts of sales opportunities and pipelines
Collaborate with internal, cross market/regional teams to ensure product improvement, transfer knowledge, improving process/client relationship
Actively participate on the leadership team, embracing company culture, mission, and strategy
Requirements
Bachelors degree in marketing or business related subject
Minimum 15+ years of experience in consumer packaged goods sector, marketing, media sales and project management
Experience in managing international accounts and delivering the highest service levels to these clients
Proven and consistent track record of executing against an aggressive growth strategy and contributing to client revenue growth rates above expectations
Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
Ability to convert business from other media channels
Results and detail orientated
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem solving/decision making skills
Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
