Position Summary
Part of the Hub team for Small Business, to run specific roles in the hub covering Visa Business Card platforms, Visa Business Reporting, Visa Payment Controls and managing custodial function for Visa Business Card Products. This is a client facing role which would involve working with sales and in-market product teams to deliver solutions to Visa clients.

Provide thought leadership to Visa clients in Asia Pacific region to drive Visa preference for issuance of Business Cards. In addition, be the custodian of best practices which will help Visa clients have successful and profitable business card programs
Manage Visa Business card platforms in Asia Pacific. Current Visa platforms include Visa Commercial Offers (regional & local), Visa Savings Edge, Visa TaxBack Service and Visa Business Pay. In the future, Visa platforms will be available in multiple formats (web, mobile) and will need to be localized in more markets.

Manage Visa Business reporting service (being offered in English language markets and to be expanded to local language markets in phase FY15), help issuers to offer Visa Business reporting by developing market awareness for the service and appropriate communication material, interface with global development team to ensure that future product development includes needs from Asia Pacific.
Manage launch of Visa Payment Control in Asia Pacific (starting with English language markets and expanding to local language markets in phase 2), help issuers to offer Visa Payment Control reporting by developing market awareness for the service and appropriate communication material, interface with global development team to ensure that future product development includes needs from Asia Pacific.
Be the custodian for Visa Rules and Brand Standards, manage VORC process including all applications for waivers and / or approvals, Product ID creation and creation of product guides for all Business Card products.

Responsibilities

Thought leadership – demonstrate thought leadership and drive preferences in customer interaction by working with Visa colleagues and in Visa organized workshops and ideation sessions
Visa Business Card platforms – offer thought leadership and execution guidance to markets and issuers for creating robust platforms which help differentiate Visa value in Business cards, win new mandates, increase revenue for Visa and create stickiness with clients. A key activity for this role would be managing Visa vendors and merchants and expanding the number of merchants represented on the platform
Visa Business Reporting – select markets for roll-out, scope key market requirements, lead internal market level initiatives to identify potential issuers to partner, ensure that selected issuers have necessary support and training to deliver the value of the platform to their clients. Over the medium term, Visa Business Reporting will be a key component of the Visa business card value proposition with our key issuers
Visa Payment Control – partner with Processing and select markets / clients for rolling out VPC with a view to increase Visa’s share of Processing from our biggest issuers. In the markets, work to ensure that selected issuers have the necessary support and training to deliver the value of the platform to their clients. Over the medium term, VPC will be a key component of the Visa business card value proposition with our key issuers
Product Custodian – Maintain Visa Rules and Brand Standards, ensure that all applications by markets for waivers or approvals from VORC are properly documented and backed by strong business cases, manage product ID creation and creation of product implementation guide for all Business Card products

Qualifications

Professional

Business/Marketing degree

Minimum 6 years industry experience, preferably in Commercial cards

C-level sales and marketing experience

Multi-level stakeholder management

Strategic planning, project management and communication skills

Customer centric focus

Good understanding of Visa’s product and services
