We are nowlooking for a dynamic partnership leader to build and execute Hootsuite’s partner strategy for APAC.


Digital Agencies and Solution Partners are a key part of Hootsuite’s global strategy to drive adoption of it’s social relationship platform as the backbone for social business. Based in Singapore, and working as part of a global team, the Partner Manager is responsible for creating, and managing relationships with Strategic Agencies, Consultancies and System Integrators who are transforming business for their clients by bringing them services and solutions built around social media. This role is a mix of strategic planning & tactical execution and the successful candidate will be a dynamic multi-tasker, who has a mix of business planning and relationship expertise looking for a ground floor opportunity.

The ideal candidate has a history of taking on new initiatives, is experienced with selling marketing technology, and has successfully recruited and motivated partners with industry leading technologies. They must also have the ability to independently see future opportunities and adjust actions to take advantage of them. This role reports to the Global Vice President, Partners.

Desired Skills and Experience
Establish relationships with partner companies that are driving transformational change around social business.

Coach and work with partners to introduce solutions built around HootSuite’s platform to their clients to meet or exceed quarterly & annual revenue targets

Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales & total partner potential through sales training & support.

Assist in developing & managing lead generation activities for partners.

Ability to build referral & revenue-generating relationships with partners.

Ability to resolve conflict with regards to account coverage, billing, etc.

Ability to step back review business on a strategic level and make required adjustments.

Ability to identify new opportunities & directions for the Hootsuite Partner Program.
