Job Description
Oversee, manage and develop corporate accounts operations including PnL, platform and people.

Accountabilities
• Manage the accounts PnL to meet assigned financial targets covering account sales and key pursuits. Services include account, program and capital planning.

• Support year on year growth in backlog, new business sales and pipeline by providing operational excellence.
• Directly manage 1-2 accounts and act as the single point of contact for Client RE contacts. Act as escalation point for maintaining and coordinating delivery standards across all locations. Understand and develop client’s pipeline, complete account pursuit plans to support growth.
• Manage and develop tools to support program, account and PMO management services including
technology platform,
tools,
contracts,
client satisfaction results and trends analysis,
innovation and lessons learnt
Pursuit and CRM program
• Drive consistency in project delivery by JLL teams across more than 50 regional project management accounts
• Provide key reports and communication to accounts staff and senior management
• Promote outcomes driven culture amongst direct reports, support talent mapping and growth of strong performers
• Own account management recruitment process working with local and regional HR partners to identify top talent and transition new hires, resourcing changes from account to account.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• A degree in Project Management, Realestate or related field or; a combination of formal education and work experience of fifteen(15) years, 10 of which must be related to all aspects of Construction /Project Management/Realestate.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in PnL management and program management preferred.
