Responsibilities:
Leading the design team, sustaining and elevating the caliber of visual design across all of our work. In this role, you’ll have the chance to design – setting the visual direction on key projects – and direct.
You’ll foster collaboration with content, experience and technology teams to deliver creative and innovative solutions to client briefs.

Projects range across the entire digital realm; from identity, brand development, campaigns, apps and websites through to large scale commerce solutions.
Candidates should be first and foremost creative problem solvers who can both express their own vision and elevate others.
Experience Guidelines:
Minimum 7 years of industry experience working across digital platform, product and brand design
A proven track record leading from concept to completion.
A passion for digital with a thorough understanding of interactive communications, experience design and delivery systems, processes, UI design and industry best practices.
Expert in: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Sketch
Excellent conceptual, verbal and written skills with an ability to present to senior clients and stakeholders
Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required
