Marketing Director, South East Asia
Are you a motivated Marketing Guru who is passionate about the developing innovative marketing strategies? Here’s a fantastic opportunity for you to be a Leader of a growing marketing team in the LEGO® Group to help to bring the LEGO Brand to life in South East Asia.
Take on the challenge as a Leader of a growing marketing team in SEA
SEA (South East Asia) Business Unit consists of 4 direct business model markets (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia) and 5 distributor markets (Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, India subcontinent) and its regional team is located in Singapore hub
- Key member of the SEA Leadership team with the focusing of building a winning and professional regional marketing team
- Partner with Country Managers/local market marketing leads/regional functional leaders to drive local marketing agendas and capabilities in the business units
- Develop strong insights about the local markets, customers, consumers and shoppers
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

What we are looking for
- A Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Communications
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in a leading global FMCG company with regional or international work experience and solid track record
- People leader with genuine interests in building teams & developing people
- Prior P&L responsibility
- Willingness to travel both regionally & internationally
