Job description:
Hold overall responsibility for service administration for the medical, microscopy and industrial metrology business groups for S.E.Asia
Review, improve and standardise processes in service administration
Perform monthly reporting of service KPI’s and follow up with corrective actions
Manage and lead the regional team of service administrators
Desired Skills and Experience
Degree/Diploma in business administration, marketing or any service related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in a service support environment
Experience in supervisory role in a service environment is an advantage
Analytical and process oriented personality with proven track record in process management
Excellent organising and planning skills
