The area: Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis

In addition to assisting business leaders throughout the company with all finance-related matters, the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) organization is also consistently looked upon to provide analytical perspectives to important strategic decisions. Our mandate is to design, implement and manage the processes that support business needs. This includes developing financial forecasts and analyses, generating internal management reports, monitoring key performance indicators and driving the scaling and automation of financial processes. We also provide decision support and conduct financial reviews of a wide range of business issues from deal analysis to data center rollouts.

The role: Financial Analyst, Online Sales Group

In this role, you will partner directly with the Head of APAC Online Sales to define and support a business operating agenda. You measure your effectiveness by monitoring the concrete impact you have on revenue, cost and operational efficiency. You leverage sound business judgment with your razor-sharp management, problem-solving, communication and analytical skills. Academically, you graduated at or near the top of your class. Professionally, you bring demonstrated experience in a finance, consulting, or operational management role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop quantitative forecasts to support critical financial planning processes such as revenue forecasting, sales target setting, and sales performance evaluations.
• Engage with Finance, Product Management and Engineering organizations to understand and influence technical drivers of revenue performance.
• Provide management with clear insights and recommendations into drivers of revenue, market trends, risks, and opportunities leading to revenue enhancing sales & product actions.
• Engage in ad-hoc analyses to understand business performance, and provide concise summaries and recommendations to management

Minimum Qualifications:

• B.S. in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Science or Engineering. In lieu of degree, 3 years relevant work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Superior analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate and influence with a senior management team.
• Strong cognitive ability combining analytical reasoning, business comprehension, and technical product knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to distill complex concepts and insights into actionable information.
