Corporate Communication Team
APAC Corporate Communications now includes Public Relations, Analyst Relations, Investor Relations, Executive Communications and Internal/Employee Communications - a fully functional theatre Corporate Communications team.
b>Role & Responsibilities
Leads integrated theatre communication programs across all stakeholders. In larger theatres, leads a team of multidisciplinary communication professionals responsible for internal and external communication strategies and implementation. Has “a seat at the theatre leadership table.”
• Drive and lead integrated theatre communication planning and execution, including developing and driving execution of communication platforms and strategies in alignment with regional business priorities
• Lead all theatre communication programs including executive, PR , and internal communications
• Partner with GTM team to localize content and execute regional communication campaigns
• Advise, consult, and partner with theatre leadership and oversee business communication services within the theatre, leveraging service level agreements and practices
• Lead theatre-PR strategies and programs – implementing global and regional launches, campaigns and developing/implementing theatre based programs and tactics
• Lead theatre-based change management and employee communication programs
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of theatre-based communication resources, including communication agencies
• Track and report theatre communication success metrics
• Crisis Communications in partnership with regional and global teams
• Communication support at the country level
• Budget management

Minimum Qualifications
● Minimum 8 – 10 years plus experience in corporate communication
● At least Bachelor’s degree
● Professional or Master’s degree in mass communication will be an advantage
