Job Description
Role Purpose:
1. Build and deliver curriculum for Retail Products - global, regional and country staff
2. Design, develop and manage core curricula for the Global COO community (COOs, Business Managers, Project Managers and Middle Office) - global, regional and country staff
3. Design and develop core SCB Way content for packaging into learning programs for key roles in Retail Clients, including sales management - prospecting, portfolio management, account management and needs based conversations
Key Outcomes:
* Learning roadmap and curricula for Retail Products and COO roles
* Core SCB Way learning programs for packaging into role based learning curricula with relevant Programme Directors
* Content delivered via solid design principles, clear communication and strong engagement with internal (Learning Academy) and external (Vendor) delivery teams
* Strong relationships with global and regional business, COO, HR and learning stakeholders
* A set of measures to review and test application and reporting in place to track
Generic Measures:
* Program success metrics as defined with stakeholders - including skills assessments, work based project reviews and relative business performance
* Business stakeholder feedback (client engagement, needs identification, curricula structure & execution)
* Project implementation - time and quality
* Budget management - clear governance structure
* L1- L2 participant feedback

Skills & Knowledge:
Essential
* Strong analytical skills - able to analyse and diagnose, to develop the approach required to deliver to the agenda
* Strong stakeholder engagement
* Excellent communication - written, spoken and presentation
* Understanding of core business principles - governance and business enablement (COOs) product process (Retail Products) and client engagement (SCB Way)
* Some understanding of Learning & Development (including adult learning concepts and CADDIE process)
* Ability to manage multiple competing client priorities, projects and stakeholder groups; project management, strong consulting and negotiation skills
Desirable
* Retail Banking experience
* Business or mentor coach
* Facilitation skills
