Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for a team Global Account Manager
• Resource planning and tracking of new requirements
• Provide quarterly / bi-annual / annual reports to customers and use as a platform for increasing spend. This may include choosing new technologies, analysis of their travel budget, negotiation with travel providers
• Sell Egencia expertise to customers to increase the trading value of the portfolio
• Manage (re)negotiations with customers
Experience and Qualification:
• B2B commercial Global account management experience, preferably within a Corporate Travel Management provider
• Proven account management of SME and Key accounts, national / multinational, across multiple markets and geographies.
• Understanding of multi-cultural environments and proven ability to adapt accordingly
• Ability to demonstrate commercial drive advice aligning with the clients strategy
• Proven ability to demonstrate board and senior level relationships
• Customer focused
• Organized and structured
• Maintaining key Account Strategy whilst coordinating with local markets to deliver overall benefit and value
• Good listening skills with the ability to interpret the customers needs
• Ability to adapt communication style depending on the audience
• Strong commercial aptitude
